Meet Fr. Paul

Rev Fr Dinyuy Paul Wirsiy, was born in the year 1979 in Romajai - Kumbo Diocese, North west region of Cameroon. He is the second boy in the family of three. Fr Paul did his philosophical and theological studies in St Thomas Aquinas’ Major seminary Bambui – Bamenda.  On the 29th June, 2011, he was ordained deacon by Mgr. Agapitus Nfon, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Bamenda and on Sunday the 6th of May 2012, he was ordained in the St Joseph’s Cathedral Mamfe by His Lordship Rt Rev. Dr Francis Teke Lysinge as the priest of the Diocese of Mamfe

After his Ordination Fr Paul Dinyuy has served in the following capacities in the Diocese of Mamfe; Parish priest of Our lady of Lourdes Parish Eyumojock and Immaculate conception parish Nguti, Manager of schools, Mamfe Diocesan chaplain/ Director of Caritas, director of Divine Providence Vocational Training Center, Mamfe, director of projects and manager of Diocesan farms, Dean of Nguti deanery,  interim finance administrator of St. John of God hospital, Nguti, Acting rector of our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Mboka, Diocese of Mamfe. In June 2022 he was given a sabbatical leave where he took residence in St Martin of Tours Parish Kembong
