Each year the Jr. High grades 5-8 participate in the Lifeworks Ohio "Respect Life" Art, Essay and Poetry Contest. This competition allows students to express their commitment to LIFE through art, essay, or poetry using a Biblical theme. This year the theme was: “So then, while we have the opportunity, let us do good to all….” Galatians 6:10. Congratulations to 8th grader Molly for her essay, and 7th grader Meg for placing in the city wide contest (pictured below).

A message from the Athletic DirectorHi Parents, Friends and Coaches, For this coming Fall, CYO will be allowing 2nd graders to participate in volleyball. Therefore, we will be having both 2nd graders and 3rd graders participating in CYO volleyball for the first time. Depending on interest, there could possibly be a team or teams of only 2nd graders, only 3rd graders, a combination of 2nd and 3rd graders or a combination of 3rd and 4th graders. Before we can field a team or teams, we need to have coaches in place. If you are interested or have questions concerning coaching volleyball, please contact Bill Kosmac at [email protected] or (440) 777-9368. Experience helpful, but not required. Thanks,Bill KosmacAthletic Director "Kids First, Winning Second"
