Navigators on the Move for Education Walk-a-thon
Plan to join us on Saturday, September 15th at 10 am for the 6th annual St. Brendan Walk-a-thon for Education. Look for detailed information about the Walk-a-thon in the parent packet (available for pick-up at school as of August 18th) or in the attachments on this webpage. As always, we will raise money for technology needs in our school, while walking the parish grounds and enjoying music, games, raffles, refreshments and fellowship! This year’s funds will help cover the cost of the addition of individual Chromebooks for our 5th-8th graders, and continue the support for the individual iPads for kindergarten through 4th grade.

Online Donations to the Walk-a-thon! You can still collect cash or checks from family and friends, but if you want to easily reach out-of-town relatives or it’s just easier to pay by credit card or PayPal, we now have that option. Simply send an email with a link. Just remind your family and friends to enter your child’s (or children’s) name on the second page in the field labeled, “On Behalf of Student Name or Family,” so your family gets credit for the donation. If they wish to support multiple children in one family with a single donation, just enter the names and we will divide it evenly. You will receive a weekly email with updates on any donations in your family’s name. All online donations count toward the t-shirt and other incentives, and class, family and individual prizes!
Walk-a-thon Corporate Sponsorships
Corporate sponsors are needed to help make our 2018 Navigators on the Move Walk-a-thon a success. If you have a business, know someone with a business, work for a business or frequent a business that might be interested in helping sponsor this event, please print out the attached sponsorship form or contact the school office (440-777-8433). All proceeds from the Walk-a-thon go directly to our school. Donations are tax deductible and sponsoring businesses or individuals will be listed on the official Walk-a-thon t-shirt and other promotional materials, and publicized in the News from the Pews, online, and in our school.
